To create your kit

  • start by gathering the necessary supplies.

  • You will need a journal to write down your thoughts, ideas, and inspirations. Choose a journal that speaks to you and makes you excited to write in it.

  • Next, gather a variety of pens, paints, washi tape, scissors, a ruler, glue sticks, and papers to use for collaging or creating art.

  • To add some extra inspiration to your kit, print out some printable kits that you can use for colouring or creating your own stickers.

  • Additionally, consider including some crystals in your kit. Crystals have been said to have healing properties and can help to promote calm and relaxation.

  • To round out your kit, include some tea or another beverage that you enjoy drinking while you create. Having something delicious to sip on will help you to relax and enjoy your creative time even more.

  • Finally, choose a container or bag to put all of your supplies in. You might opt for a cute tote bag or a small box that you can easily take with you on the go.
