Monthly Mini Retreats
Each month we come together to celebrate what we have achieved this month and plan for the upcoming month. Each retreat is a little self care for you. Starting with a meditation, and then journal your thoughts, sharing a picnic lunch in nature then creating a Nature Mandala together. Coming back to the Studio for some more Self care activities and journaling before we close the circle.
