My flaws are a part of my life story.

Picking up scars as I walk through this world as a living and breathing being is expected. My flaws tell of my experiences and strength. They reflect my reality.

Relationships are challenging, but I embrace them with a full heart and an open mind. When the love is real, there are very few things that compare to that feeling.

Sometimes heartbreak occurs in relationships, but I avoid allowing it to taint my spirit. I know that I am capable of loving again. I use my relationship scars to remind myself and others that it is okay to go after love again.

I use those experiences to identify ways to make myself a more giving partner. Those experiences also give me the wisdom to know how to choose love.

I am far from perfect when it comes to making life decisions. Sometimes I make choices that result in disappointment. They sometimes set me back, but my drive for success hardly wavers. I get up, attend to my wounds, and keep going.

It is important to always remember that my story is an example for others. I choose to make it one of positive influence and belief in self.

When I display my flaws in the midst of success, it is proof that a hard-fought journey is the most fulfilling.

Today, my flaws help to define who I am and the distance I go as I move through this life. They are as much a part of me as the wins that I experience.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. What are some of my most notable strengths? 2. How do I turn my flaws into examples of perseverance? 3. What role does willpower play in achieving my goals?
