Soulful Self-Coaching

Before you check your phone each morning, speak these words aloud:

Speak it into the universe, feel it within your soul, and hold steadfast to that belief.

I understand that this may appear overly simplistic or too good to be true, but the power of positive thinking is truly remarkable.

How does it work?


  1. Step 1 is Soul Discovery - discovering our beliefs, values, dreams and goals. Diving deep into reflection of where you are and where your want to go.....

  2. Step 2 is Soul Inquiry Collage - creating your monthly vision board in your journal.

  3. Step 3 is Soul aligned Action - Activating your vision and achieving those goals.


How are we going to achieve it?


Creating the life of our dreams is a lofty goal that requires consistent effort and self-care. Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. A daily self-care practice is a powerful tool that we can use to create the life of our dreams. One way to start is by finding 15 minutes a day for ourselves. This may seem like a small amount of time, but it can make a big difference. During these 15 minutes, we can do something that we enjoy, such as reading a book, taking a walk, or practicing yoga. This time is for us to fill our own cup first, before we give to others. In addition to finding time for ourselves, it's important to have a self-care toolbox. This toolbox is a collection of activities that we can turn to when we need to recharge and take care of ourselves. Some examples of self-care activities include journaling, taking a hot bath, meditating, or listening to music. By consistently practicing self-care, we can create the life of our dreams. When we take care of ourselves, we are better equipped to handle challenges and pursue our goals. Remember, self-care is not selfish, it's necessary for our well-being. So, take those 15 minutes a day and fill your self-care toolbox with activities that bring you joy and peace.

They can be a great way to learn new techniques and strategies that can help us take care of ourselves. Another resource available are journals. These can be used to reflect on our thoughts and feelings and to track our progress as we work on our self-care. They can also be used to set goals and to keep track of our accomplishments.

Mindfulness meditations are also included in our Self-care toolbox. These meditations can help us to relax, reduce stress, and increase our focus and concentration. They can also be used to help us develop a greater sense of self-awareness and to become more present in the moment.

Other mindfulness activities, such as colouring in, can also be found in our toolbox. These activities can be a great way to reduce stress and to promote relaxation and creativity.

Our Self-care toolbox also includes challenges that can be done step-by-step.

These challenges can help us to develop new habits and to work towards our goals in a structured and manageable way. Art therapy activities and process art are also available in our toolbox. These activities can help us to express our emotions and to explore our creativity in a safe and supportive environment. They can also be a great way to reduce stress and to promote relaxation.

Affirmations and self-coaching worksheets are also included in our Self-care toolbox. These resources can help us to develop a positive mindset and to build our self-esteem and self-confidence. Trackers can also be found in our toolbox. These trackers can help us to keep track of our progress as we work on our self-care. They can also be a great way to stay motivated and to celebrate our accomplishments.

Yoga, EFT, and other mindfulness practices are also available in our Self-care toolbox. These practices can help us to develop a greater sense of self-awareness and to reduce stress and anxiety. They can also be a great way to promote physical health and well-being.
